How lucky am I to have a gorgeous thing for a lil' sis that I can have model for my spontaneous photography sessions? She got free school pics out of it: Win win deal. ;)

*I made a goal for these: no filters. I tend to get "filter happy" and rely on the filter to do the majority of the editing for me and was struggling with getting a good look from manually working with contrast, exposure, etc...practice makes perfect. Also, the quality goes down when I do my whole transfer routine with the pics(it's too long to write here), so bear with 'em...*

*my one exception: I used a filter with this one.^ I loved the setting, and thought it could use a little something..

First Pic! *drumroll...*

Going with just one picture. One of many bottles of old coke found in my grandpa's house...estimated age:at least 25 years old. (Is it still edible you say? No clue.) I've been trying to take into consideration more the rule of thirds with my pics..challenging. Not very fond of having any form of guidelines. Nothing amazing about it, but sometimes the simplest things can be the most beautiful/unique.
